Beaucoup des combats aériens de la seconde guerre mondiale ont impliqué les chasseurs. Parmi les plus célèbres, le Mustang P-51, le Supermarine Spitfire, le Messerschmitt Bf 109 et en France le Dewoitine D520 ou le Morane-Saulnier MS 406.
Many dogfights of the second world war were done by the fighters. Some of them became famous such as the P-51 Mustang, the Supermarine Spitfire, the Messerschmitt Bf 109 and in France the Dewoitine D520 or the Morane-Saulnier MS 406.
